Santos

“The networking opportunities and professionalism of the organization is what draws us to our local Chamber of Commerce. We have been members for the last 46 years and are proud to be part of an organization that gives credibility and strengthens Guam’s business community.”

— Melet G. Santos, vice president, Taniguchi Ruth Makio Architects

Lenckowski

“I first joined the Guam Chamber of Commerce and have been a member of the Armed Forces Committee for over a decade now. I joined mainly because of my job but I have since learned the value of chamber membership. I stay an active member because of the networking opportunities, chance to give back to our community, [opportunity] to foster the “Inafa’ Maolek” spirit with the military and, most of all, because of the countless friendships I have made and hopefully, continue to develop.”

— Lisa Lenckowski, sales and marketing manager, Fiesta Resort Guam

Kim

“The Saipan Chamber of Commerce is composed of both corporate and small businesses so there is a range of perspective with regard to issues and challenges facing its members. I believe this enables the chamber to host monthly meetings with topics and speakers that offer relevant information and insight into issues that are affecting businesses. Additionally, these meetings gather representatives from various businesses and provides an excellent venue for networking. The chamber also offers training programs and resources that are beneficial to businesses and their employees.”

— Sean Kim, director of operations, Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan

Hunter

“I’m currently drawn to being a chamber member mainly because of the executive director and their team. Specifically, because I believe they have their hearts and minds in the right place and that they are attempting to build the Saipan Chamber to be a strong network of business members that not only provide value internally but also utilize the network of businesses to better our Commonwealth.”

— Glen Hunter, owner, The Shack Saipan, The Airstream Café and GoHydro

Kim

“I met a lot of different people I wouldn’t have met otherwise [by participating in the Korean Chamber of Commerce of Guam]. … I think we can serve as a link between the existing Korean groups … and the local community.”

— Edward A. Kim, general manager, Rex International Inc. and president, Sui Generis Design & Construction LLC
