Chili’s Grill & Bar
Opened: Sept. 13
Location: Tumon Sands Plaza
Hours: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily
Manager: Frank LujanChili’s is an American chain of Tex-Mex influenced casual dining restaurants known for its ribs, hamburgers and margaritas. Formerly located next to Guam Premier Outlets, Chili’s Guam moved to the second floor of the Tumon Sands Plaza.
Suite Fix
Opened: July 3Location: Yigo next to Pay-Less Supermarket
Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday; 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
Owner: Jun Paulo CandaSuiteFix serves meal replacement shakes made from Herbalife-branded products and other ingredients, such as fruits and nuts. Subscription-based meal plans are available, as well as Herbalife products for retail purchase.
Carlson Gracie Guam Yigo

Location: Yigo, next to Pay-Less Supermarket
Hours: Adult classes: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Sunday; 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday; 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday; 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday; and 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday.Youth and teen classes: 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday for students 5 years old to 8 years old. 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday and Friday for students 9 years old to 15 years old.
Owner: Gabe BakerAnigua-based Brazilian jiu-jitsu school Carlson Gracie Guam opened the Yigo branch of its gym to serve the island’s northern population. The school also provides instruction for classes on Andersen AFB and Naval Base Guam. Carlson Gracie Guam is recognized by the Chicago-based Carlson Gracie Federation and is an official member of Carlson Gracie Worldwide.
Southern Mountain Gear

Hours: 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday to Friday; 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Saturday
Owners: Daniel and Erin HolmsSouthern Mountain Gear sells products for the outdoor sports community. The store sells trail running products along with hiking, rock climbing, camping, adventure racing and obstacle course racing gear and apparel.
  Soul Printing
Opened: May 1
Location: Delacorte Building, next to Axe Murders Tours in Hagåtña
Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday
Owner: Chase K. WeirSoul Printing is a screen printing and digital graphics shop. The shop can print designs on t-shirts and other items that take ink.
  Guam Mobile Pet Services
Opened: March 11
Hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily
Owner: Robert S. and Tammy HildrethGuam Mobile Pet Services offers in-house veterinary services. The company provides most services available from conventional veterinary clinics, such as puppy vaccinations, wellness exams, deworming, surgery and internal medicine.
Antonio’s
Opened: July 20
Location: Farenholt Avenue, across from Tove’s Flower Shop in Tamuning
Hours: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday to Saturday
Owner: JoeAnne AntonioAntonio’s offers Filipino-Spanish-American cuisine to include dishes such as adobo, sinigang, kare-kare and sisig. Customers can dine in or order to go. Private rooms for parties are also available.
