Coin maker commemorates Palau

27800_Skull No1_r 27800_Skull No1_oCoin Invest Trust, a maker of commemorative coins based in Balzers, Liechtenstein, in October released a line of skull-shaped coins commemorating Palau. Available in gold with a face value of $1 and silver with a face value of $5, the coins display the Palau crest on one side and a skull etched on the other. The coin maker has minted 1,750 silver coins and 15,000 gold coins. At 38.61 millimeters, the silver coin weighs one ounce, while the gold coin is 11 mm and weighs 0.5 grams. The coins are available at www.coin-invest.li.
