The Marianas Visitors Authority participated in the 2017 Hana International Travel Show held in Gyeonggi, South Korea, presenting a 360-degree virtual reality dome featuring images of the Northern Mariana Islands.

The event, organized by Hana Tour, gathered more than 1,000 tourism industry members to introduce products and services to business partners and interested travelers from the general public. More than 100,000 people were in attendance at the four-day event, and more than 1,000 attendees booked Saipan package tours at the event through Hana Tour, which offered special prices at the fair.
