Opened: Feb. 14
Location: Behind Oka Pay-Less
Hours: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday; 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday
Owners: Ana C. Won-Pat Borja and Judith T. Won-Pat Borja

Asiga focuses on espresso-based drinks and filtered coffees such as pour-over coffee and cold brews, as well as vegan ice cream. Based on the concept of “third-wave coffee,” Asiga aims to make its offerings from the most fresh and natural ingredients available with an emphasis on local.

 

Crave Food Market Inc.
Opened: Dec. 9
Location: Corner of Camp Watkins Road and Marine Corps Drive, Tamuning
Hours: Items must be pre-ordered via phone or social media no later than noon the day before.
Owner: Melissa R. Lamorena-Fernandez

Crave Food Market Inc. offers a pre-order menu of to-go meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as an assortment of desserts. The company can also provide food for events such as meetings and birthday parties.

 

 

 

Javani Boutique
Opened: March 1
Location: Micronesia Mall, Tamuning
Hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily
Owner: Ranjna Dewan

Formerly Javani Beauty, Javani Boutique reopened on March 1 with a renovated interior and offerings that have switched focus from body products to clothing, accessories, handbags and beauty tools. The store also has plans to launch a website that allows customers to see what is in-stock.

 

Guam Brewery Tap House
Opened: Jan. 31
Location: Blue Lagoon Plaza, Tumon
Hours: 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. daily
Owner: Phillip Bamba

The Guam Brewery Tap House is a craft brew pub offering exclusive craft beers brewed in-house by award-winning Head Brewer Mike Converse. A menu of beer-infused tapas, hamburgers, sandwiches and sides designed to pair well with its beers is also available.
